This privacy policy page is an informational privacy overview, not legal advice. CrewGauge uses point-in-time submission context such as GPS or QR codes at the moment a field record is submitted to support review. CrewGauge does not use continuous GPS tracking or all-day location monitoring. Field records, photos, notes, and contact information submitted through the pilot form are used to operate the CrewGauge service and follow up about the pilot. This policy explains what information may be collected through this property and how it is handled.
CrewGauge may use SMS messaging for account notifications, operational updates, team coordination, security events, and other service-related communications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Where SMS enrollment is supported, users may opt out by replying STOP and may request assistance by replying HELP.
SMS consent is collected only through applicable workflows or consent forms on crewgauge.com. Requesting information from CrewGauge does not, by itself, require SMS opt-in unless clearly stated in that workflow.
